Soccer
Our soccer games are always fun and exciting! Different festival years have showcased different levels of soccer, from preschool age through alumni.
Varsity and Alumni
For 2017, our Varsity Soccer team will play against Burt Lake Northern Michigan Christian Academy. The game starts at 5 p.m. and is held on the Fairview soccer field right behind the school. Concessions will be available, featuring Dan's Award-winning Smoked hot dogs!
2014 saw the return of the Alumni Soccer Game. There were several alumni who came home to scrimmage the Varsity team for a fun evening of soccer.
In past years, Fairview hasn't been able to have a full soccer team. This was a repeat performance as the 2011 Eagle Festival also featured a game between the Varsity Club and Alumni players. It was great to see so many graduates come home to play or watch the game, and lots of fun was had by all!

U-14 AYSO
Though this is a self-funded club activity, Fairview Area Schools and Eagle Festival support this youth soccer program as most of the players are our future soccer stars!
Youth
Depending on availability coaches and the number of interested players, Oscoda County has a youth soccer organization: Kickin' It Soccer of Oscoda County. They practice and play against each other in both spring and fall seasons, preparing them for AYSO traveling teams and Fairview Area Schools soccer. They occasionally join the Eagle Festival fun with a quick game, and it's always great fun to see these little players run up and down the field!
